Red Wine Vinaigrette

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar 
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 cloves of garlic, grated 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well. Store in the refrigerator. 


I used this dressing for my Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad.
