Tzatziki sauce is a Greek condiment traditionally served with meats but it is also served as a dip. It is very light and refreshing. It's made with Greek yogurt, which is very low in fat and calories, and lots of fresh cucumber. It's a great dip to serve if you're looking for a healthy option for your guests. It's pretty easy to make!

Onion Dip
Having company is a great excuse to eat junk food! ... Well it's true. I usually only eat junk food when there is some kind of celebration going on. Having guests staying in your home is a celebration to me! Today was the Carolina Panthers' second preseason game and Drew's dad was in the mood for some onion dip so I whipped some up for the game. Yum!

Ellen's Guacamole
This
recipe can be made in a food processor if you prefer a smooth
guacamole, or you can small dice all the vegetables to make it
chunkier. I like a semi-chunky guac!
